Trumbull County/Ohio Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising hereunder will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, U.S.A., without giving effect to the principles of its conflict of law provisions. The parties to this Agreement agree and consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in the state or federal courts in Trumbull County, Ohio, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. The Affiliated Organizations’ failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms may not be changed or amended through handwriting or strikethroughs.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Affiliated Organizations regarding your use of the Sites, superseding all other written or oral agreements or understandings related to the Sites.
